I highly recommend buying from and dealing with the shop owner and his family; they are highly professional and completely honest. I've dealt with other shops before, but my experience with them was very bad. Now, after dealing with them for over two years, I find them to be among the most honest and trustworthy jewelry shops I've dealt with In Mississauga
I tried contacting this place several times and was ignored. When someone finally answered, he was rude and raised his voice, saying he was busy and telling me to text instead even though I had already texted multiple times with no response. When he eventually replied, the price quoted was extremely high compared to other jewelry stores. Overall, poor customer service and overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.
