I tried contacting this place several times and was ignored. When someone finally answered, he was rude and raised his voice, saying he was busy and telling me to text instead even though I had already texted multiple times with no response. When he eventually replied, the price quoted was extremely high compared to other jewelry stores. Overall, poor customer service and overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.

The owner is genuinely the rudest person I have ever met in my life. Please avoid this place at all cost. There are much better jewelry stores you can go to. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER - First of all, we called beforehand and were told that it would be totally fine for us to come in and get our jewelry weighed. Second of all, we had no problem paying, and we offered to pay, but you continued your rude tirade against us. Thirdly, there is a way to speak to people, which you were clearly not taught. My advice to you is that you should take a class on ethics and good behaviour. You are in desperate need of it as can be seen from the various one star reviews that you have received because of your manners.
Great experience! I've looked at other places before but this was absolutely the best. The staff was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I strongly recommend this place to others.
