My experience with Babak Vosooghi Zadeh has been extremely troubling. He initiated a lawsuit against me and continued to advance false repayment claims in a separate Small Claims matter involving another individual. Each time I asked for clarity or supporting records, none were provided to me. I also received multiple statements from him about legal procedures that I later confirmed were inaccurate after research. Instead of professionalism and transparency, I encountered resistance, evasiveness, and an approach that felt more like intimidation than advocacy, including interactions with his colleague, Zohreh A.. Based on my firsthand interactions, I cannot recommend this lawyer or firm. If you choose to engage with them, I strongly suggest documenting everything and verifying all information independently with the court. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared for public awareness.
