If you’re looking for a truly unique dining experience, this Iranian retro-style restaurant is a hidden gem. The whole place feels like stepping back into Iran in the 1980s — from the nostalgic dishes to the vintage tableware, every detail is beautifully thought out. Right when I walked in, they welcomed me with a red rose in honor of Women’s Day, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. It immediately made the atmosphere feel warm and special. The food was fantastic. The Bandari sausage sandwich was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The grilled heart and liver kebab were also outstanding, cooked perfectly and incredibly tasty. The tea and pastries were excellent as well, the perfect way to finish the meal and continue the nostalgic vibe. Another thing I loved was the nostalgic dishware. All the plates and serving items reminded me of old Iranian homes, which added so much charm to the experience. Overall, it was not just a meal but a nostalgic journey. Amazing food, thoughtful service, and a beautiful retro atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience authentic flavors with a touch of nostalgia.

We had dinner at Tehroon60 today, and they gave us flowers for Women’s Day and an Iranian flag as a gift. The food and customer service were on another level of perfection. They served the food in the perfect amount of time and with excellent quality. Thanks to Tehroon60 for this wonderful experience.

We’ve visited this place several times, and I’ve always appreciated the effort they put into recreating the atmosphere of Iran in the 60s. Their staff uniforms, the menu design, and the overall style of the restaurant all try to bring back that nostalgic era. Both the outdoor and indoor sections are lovely and thoughtfully designed. When it comes to the food, though, it’s not as authentic as they try to present it. For me, the dishes usually don’t carry the real taste or depth of the originals. Another disappointing point is that they don’t serve tap water. You are forced to buy bottled water, which is honestly surprising and unnecessary in Canada. We tried the “tongue”, “beef & chicken deli”, “lukma kebab”, and “Bandari sausage” sandwiches. I really think they should reconsider the type of bun they use. The current one is a bit sweet and nothing like the classic sandwich buns used in Iran. Also, the dishes really need seasoning; salt, spices, anything. Most items taste flat, as if everything follows the same bland recipe.

I absolutely loved this place! It really felt like a little piece of Iran in Toronto. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. I especially enjoyed the tea — perfectly brewed and served in a traditional glass, just like back home. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a cozy and authentic Persian meal.
