Mr. Rfieyan is by far the best and the most competent highly qualified translator we 've ever seen in Vancouver. He is polite, on the point , does not waste people's time , accurate and honest. Has impecable work ethics and performace....
This person is not a certified translator on STIBC. If you want to find a certified translator for immigration purposes it is highly recommended you do your due diligence first and do not take his word for it. He claims he is the best translator in BC, but when I asked him to provide his membership number to prove that - he got defensive. If you want to sponsor your partner to come to Canada then IRCC's requirements are that you get your documents that are in Farsi translated by a certified translator who can stamp the translated documents with their membership number.Unfortunately this isn't the person for that. If I wanted my documents translated from Farsi to English by any non-certified Iranian then all you have to do is go to North Vancouver and pick anyone from the street who speaks Farsi.
