Tried the new Strawberry Iced Matcha and I’m so glad I did! It looked fantastic with its beautiful layers, and the taste was perfect — the sweet strawberry blended smoothly with the earthy matcha. Definitely a new favorite!

I really liked this place! The food was a little pricey but it was so worth it. I had pasta that I couldn't pronounce the name of and it tasted SO good. Perfect balance of garlic, olive and spices. The moment I entered we were so kindly greeted by what I presumed was the owner, such an amazing guy. Kept checking up on us and made sure everything was okay, super super kind. Staff were amazing, food was amazing, atmosphere was great. The smell of sheesha was a little overwhelming for me but that's not anybodys issue, I just dont do that. Overall enjoyed my experience.

The pasta here is genuinely really good and flavourful. It’s a bit pricier than I’d like, but it’s totally worth it. The portions are generous, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Plus, the entire menu is halal. We also ordered some shared starters, like poutine and lemon garlic shrimp, which were equally delicious and bursting with flavour. This is a pretty nice place with great food to enjoy in downtown. Totally recommend it. 10/10

By total chance I went to this cafe. I was actually in the area for a different place to eat recommended by a friend, however, that place was not open yet and I didn't want to wait. So I looked around and this was across the street. At first I thought it was just like a coffee / tea / desert place, however, they had a full menu. I am happy that I came upon this cafe. As soon as I walked in, I was quickly greeted by Mike, one of the owners (I found out afterwards) with a handshake and said I can pick any open table. It was such a nice friendly greeting. Service was quick, not rushed. Since it is a halal cafe, they don't serve alcohol here (which was fine, since I don't drink) and everything was made fresh there. I asked for a virgin mojito which was made right (not overly tart or sweet), and was refreshing. I started with the steak bites (it had a nice sweet soy spiciness) and then the butter chicken that Mike had recommended. Both had their own unique flavors. The butter chicken smelled and tasted fantastic. The naan bread had a slight stiffness to it which was great, as I was able to use it to dip / spoon into the butter chicken sauce. I ordered some pasta to take out and the scent coming out of the bags was amazing. Mike gave me a taste of their home made cheesecake, thanks! The service from Mike and Ella was just so warm and friendly. I would totally recommend this little cafe, both from the food and especially the service.
