SCAM ALERT 🚨 Went in to exchange some money for an upcoming trip and was told good things about this place. Being reliable and honest with their exchange rate. I was exchanging $680 Canadian dollars to USD. I am aware the dollar is bad but they tried to give me $357 USD!!! I knew this sounded weird but I wasn’t sure. I went to my car to call my husband to double check if I was crazy thinking they were ripping me off and as I am on the phone I see the man who helped me standing outside staring at my car and the minute I knew I had been ripped off I got out of my car and watched him run back into the store. I went in and demanded my money back and was told I wouldn’t find a better rate. They gave me it back and I went to the bank and was given $480 American. So they scammed me over $100. They saw a Yonge women walk in alone and decided to try and take advantage and rip me off. How many others have they done this to? DONT GO HERE FOR YOUR MONEY EXCHANGE!

The owner is remarkably responsive and his honesty is one of his strengths. I will continue to do business with them and strongly recommend them to anyone interested in exchanging money worldwide without hesitation.
Aurora Exchange is great! I needed some currency for an imminent trip, and even though the proprietor didn’t have any on hand, he quickly made arrangements to have it delivered within the hour. I also received a more favourable rate than what was available at the bank.
