Extremely awful and horrible experience. I was told that my funds would be transferred to me via EFT within 5–7 business days. More than a month later, I still have NOT received my money. Throughout this process, I have repeatedly been given assurances that the transfer would be completed within a few days or by the end of the week, but those promises have not been kept. Communication has been frustrating, and I have been left waiting without any clear explanation or resolution. According to BBB their accreditation and FINTRAC license has been revoked. Although it clearly mentions on their website that their are part of the FINTRAC!!!! Based on my experience, I would strongly prohibit annd caution others before using this scam of a business.
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Danesh Exchange. On April 13, I transferred money to their account, and they told me the funds would be deposited into the destination account within 5–7 business days. However, by April 25, only around 40% of the money had been transferred. After that, I followed up every single day, asking them to complete the transfer, and every day I was told, “It will be done tomorrow.” It was extremely stressful and upsetting to have to spend my time every day begging to receive my own money. Finally, on April 30!!!, I decided to cancel the transfer and ask for my money back. The dollar amount was returned to my account on May 5!!!, but only after a lot of trouble, repeated follow-ups, and unnecessary stress. I would never recommend working with this exchange. They showed no respect for their customer, their time, or their trust. Whatever this is called, it is definitely not professional business.
I’ve had a great experience with Danesh Exchange. Their rates are very competitive, and the service is professional and efficient. It’s hard to find a currency exchange you can fully trust, but they make the process seamless every time. Highly recommended!
Despite a 5 business day guarantee, my transfer was two days overdue without any clear overview of when it would be done. They seem to prioritize market rates over customer commitments, stalling transfers when the exchange rate is unfavorable. They clearly don't care about the real-world impact these delays have on customer's obligations. I cancelled my order after waiting 11 days and never get back here for any services. That one star is for them being polite.
