It was an absolute pleasure working with both Sammi and Ziba over the past few weeks as we finalized the sale of our Ottawa house. I've worked with quite a few lawyers across Canada for these types of transfers, and this firm stands out as one of the best. From late-night responses to early morning updates, it felt like working with friends. I've used this firm for three separate transactions, and this was my final one in Ontario - I couldn’t have felt like I was in better hands.
I had 2 of my realstate closings with Heydarian law firm. One was comercial and the other one was residential. They handled the job very professionally and were always responsive to all my questions even after working hours. Ziba also handles the legal work in our business. I am 100% satisfied and will definitely keep working with them. I also would like to thank Sammi for her great work.
Ziba was awesome! Fast and reliable. Competitive rates. She facilitated the closing of our home for us. We will be using their services in the future as well as recommending her to our friends and contacts.
I just completed my will with this company and was happy with outcome. They fulfilled all my requests for my beneficiaries. I learned a lot from them and truly felt that they had my best interest at heart. I got some good information from them, they helped me structure my will in a way to keep the most money for my family. I would definitely use them again.
This is my second home that I have purchased, so I'm happy to compare experiences. I am extremely happy with the pricing and representation I received. I was quoted a price that was much cheaper then other lawyers in the area. I was worried that there would be some hidden charges and I would have to pay more, as the pricing I recieved was far more competitive then i have seen in Ottawa. I was happy to see that the quote that was much lower then my last closing and cheaper then the 3 quotes I got for the house we just bought, was honoured. All and all Ziba and Sammy, the 2 people I dealt with, made the process super simple and informative, and finally I dealt with a lawyer who's charges didnt change from the initial quote. Thank you Heydarian Law for quoted a price and in the end finishing with that price. Calling them next week to complete my will.
