Kind front desk people! But the doctor made a wrong diagnosis and insisted on her wrong diagnosis, essentially made my back pain more! Please Don’t go here if you care about your health.
I visited this walk-in clinic in Richmond Hill and had a mixed experience. The receptionist was kind, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions — I really appreciated her professionalism. Unfortunately, the owner, Ali, interrupted our conversation and spoke in a very rude and disrespectful manner. His attitude was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. It’s disappointing when a business owner treats people this way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their approach to patient interaction.
