Rugman clearly states that they cover all shipping and handling charges and you will not be charged any additional fees.; however, they chose to ship my rug directly from overseas, and I was hit with a substantial customs and duties fees by Fedex, which Rugman should have covered, per their own policy. All attempts to contact them about this problem were ignored. The rug is pretty nice.

I love the Rugman website. I took my time looking at their high quality photos and better yet, their website has the function where you can see a rug in a different atmosphere/setting...which is useful and practical. Overall a good experience.
