I would give this place 100 stars if I could. The owner Karim is so knowledgable about the history of the craftsmanship and generous with his time and more. They helped us find a beautiful piece that is truly a work of art in our home. They have a huge variety of sizes, styles and price ranges. I hope to purchase from him again in the future. We would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much Karim.
We had a great experience at Arian Rugs in Etobicoke! From the moment we walked in, the owner Karim and his son, who was graciously helping his father, were welcoming and attentive. They took the time to help us choose two beautiful Kashmar rugs that perfectly complement each other in our open concept living and dining space. Their expertise made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable. They were also very generous with their time, teaching us how to properly care for, clean, and vacuum the rugs so they stay in great condition for years to come. Highly recommend Arian Rugs if you’re looking for exceptional customer service and quality rugs.
I recently purchased a silk rug and I couldn’t be happier! The rug itself is absolutely beautiful — the craftsmanship, texture, and color are even more stunning in person. Karim was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to walk us through all the available options and designs so I could find the perfect fit. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I’m super happy with my purchase and highly recommend both the product and the seller!
If you are looking to freshen up your space and need a rug I would recommend you check this place out. We purchased a rug recently from them and the customer service was outstanding. We went through each rug in the size we were looking for, we picked a couple we really liked and then they brought them to house for us to actually see it in the space. It is very different seeing it I. Your house than just in the store and trying to imagine what it will look like. The rug we went with was the one the owner picked, it fit so much better with our colour scheme than any of the ones we picked. The quality of the rug is beautiful hand woven, soft and comfortable. I know this is a rug we will love for a long time and will last. They also do cleaning, and repairs. It was truly a great experience.
This is an amazing Persian rug store! We bought our first rug here over a year ago and absolutely loved it, the quality and design were great and it fit perfectly in our home. After enjoying it for a year, we came back and picked up two more rugs! The owner was incredibly patient and helpful throughout both visits, taking the time to understand our space and style to help us find the right pieces. The craftsmanship of the rugs is exceptional, and they truly elevate our home. The owners are also very warm and welcoming, our child even played happily with the piles of rugs during our visit, which made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic, high-quality rugs and wonderful service. We will definitely continue to recommend this store to friends and family!
