Had seating on the patio! Was very pleasant. Generous portion sizes and lots of delicious Persian favourites to choose from! Thanks for the complimentary soup!
We had a wonderful experience at Tehranto Restaurant. The Kashke Bademjan was excellent rich, creamy, and full of flavour. My husband had the Vaziri Kebab (chicken breast and ground beef), and I had the Ghajari Kebab (veal tenderloin and chicken leg). The food was very flavourful, the chicken was juicy, and the veal was tender, although it could have used a little more seasoning. We also tried the Dubai Cake. While the kataifi was not as crunchy as I usually prefer, it was still very delicious overall. A special thank you to our server, Zahra, who was excellent very polite, attentive, and efficient despite serving several large parties at the same time. Her service really made our visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!
Went here for date night and it was an incredible experience! To start, it is very nice inside, overall extremely visually appealing with plenty of seating and excellent service. All the workers were kind, understanding, prompt, and accommodating. We ordered the koobideh kebab dish and fesenjan stew. Everything was fresh, incredibly seasoned, the meat was tender and juicy - overall very delectable. Portions are huge which is amazing for the price, definitely worth your money. The highlight however, was the entertainment that night, because there was live music and an incredible belly and fire dancer. She was so talented and kind! We even got in on the action it was so fun, thank you so much for such a wonderful night!
I was in Toronto for a few hours for a community gathering and we chose Tehranto Restaurant for our event. It was a great experience from start to finish. We pre-ordered food for almost 200 people before arriving, and the team prepared everything very well and had it ready right on time. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. Despite such a large order, everything was organized perfectly and the quality was excellent. The staff handled the event very professionally and made sure everything ran smoothly. One thing that really stood out was their hospitality. They even prepared free dessert and tea in front of the restaurant for our group, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It made the experience even more special for everyone attending the gathering. Overall, the service was friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. It’s not easy to prepare food for that many people and still maintain great quality, but they did an amazing job. I truly enjoyed the food and the warm hospitality. I highly recommend Tehranto Restaurant to anyone visiting Toronto, especially for community events or large gatherings. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing service, exceptional food and an experience worth repeating! We have wanted to try Tehranto for months and walked by one evening to find a restaurant full of life, people and live music! We decided to try it out the following week at Happy Hour for an early dinner. The restaurant is beautiful, with nice decor and a fancier feel - you can get away casually dressed for happy hour but as the night goes on you might want to dress up. The service was amazing, the staff and our waitress especially were very friendly and helpful and even offered us complimentary soup to start! We ordered three dishes between us - the Fesenjan Stew, Akbar Joojeh Stew and Koobideh Kebab; they were all amazing and well done - the portions are huge and we could have easily shared two of them! There are so many things going right at Tehranto, and we’ll be back to try more of the amazing food and drinks!
