I had a great experience with Faria Mechanical. Dil visited my unit to investigate a persistent sewer odour that had been difficult to diagnose. While previous inspections focused on the sink, Dil quickly determined that the issue was actually coming from the toilet. He returned as scheduled to replace the entire toilet, and I am happy to report that after a few weeks of monitoring, the odour is completely gone. Dil was professional, punctual, and very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Faria Mechanical and Dil for any plumbing needs!
We were initially trying to schedule an earlier appointment, but while we were texting, Dil let me know that another client had canceled and offered to come right away. He showed up promptly, was very friendly, and clearly explained what the issue was. It turned out to be a quick fix, and he had everything resolved in under five minutes. Highly recommend Dil and the team at Faria Mechanical. Excellent service from start to finish.
Dill was awesome. I bumped into him in the elevator at Smith and Farrow, Even though I didn't have a ticket, he had a few spare minute so was able to give me pointer on where I can hang things in my room.
I’ve had an excellent experience with the plumbing and HVAC team at Faria Mechanical. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The team arrives on time, works efficiently, and keeps everything clean. A special mention to Dil, whose service has been outstanding every time he’s visited our unit. He’s thorough, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done right. I’ve always been extremely happy with his work and the level of care he provides. It’s rare to find a team that combines such expertise, reliability, and respect for your space. Highly recommended!
Dill works for Faria Mechanical and got hired by Anthem Soco. He came over this morning to fix our bathtub cracking noises which had been bothering and concerned us. Even with this small job, Dill dealt with it in such a professional manner. He took pictures before, and after to explain to us. We had couple questions, with his friendly character and knowledge, he happily answered and clearly explained things to us. My husband is a retired Red Seal tradesman, so he was happy with Dill’s work, then for sure you will be too. If you have plumbing issues, we highly recommend him. Thanks Dill, the trades will be more successful to have more people like you.
