Super Meat Shop is truly outstanding. The staff are very polite, fair, and customer-oriented, and their products—especially the meat—are top quality and always fresh at reasonable prices. Most importantly, they have always been proudly Iranian and patriotic, not based on circumstances or trends, but from the heart. Highly recommended!
I’ve been a regular at this meat shop, but my latest visit was truly disappointing. Today, I encountered a cashier, an older lady, who was not only unhelpful but also had a terrible attitude. I’ve never experienced such rudeness in a place I usually enjoy visiting. I simply asked the butcher to cut the meat into smaller sizes, which is a reasonable request. But instead of getting assistance, I was met with a dismissive and rude response. It felt like I was inconveniencing her, which is not what you expect from someone in customer service. Because of this awful experience, I’m left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I regret to say that I won’t be returning to this shop again. I encourage others to think twice before shopping here. There are plenty of other meat shops where the staff treats customers with respect and kindness. Save yourself the trouble!
