Disappointed with Customer Service I took my vehicle to this shop expecting professional service, but the customer service was quite poor. Communication was unclear, and it felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I had to follow up several times to get updates, and even then, the staff seemed disinterested in helping. I hope they improve how they treat customers and handle service inquiries going forward.
One of the few "shops" you can trust. Friendly, accommodating, HONEST, trustworthy...can't say enough good things about them. I feel like family. So happy I found them. I will recommend them to everyone.
If you are looking for a trust worthy and dedicated auto shop, this is the place to go. They treat their clients like family and goes the extra mile just to help you. They will even look for different suppliers to find the cheapest but with quality parts for your vehicle. A lot of times they would even sacrifice their personal time working on vehicles even past their work hours or weekend because they know how difficult it is without car. You would see their shop flooded with cars because that's how their clients trust them so much. They are all very knowledgeable specially the owner who has a vast experience and certifications including working for BMW in their headquarters in Germany. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
I have been a customer of Bavarian motors for over 10 years. The owner is amazing. He is honest and forthright with his assessments he tries his best for his customers. He is also the mechanics mechanic it’s tough work he manages the shop and works in the shop. Thank you
We had our VW Rabbit repaired here. It needed a new AC compressor. Had them check it out, while they were fairly busy, and they quickly confirmed the problem. Left the vehicle for a day and Voila! it was done. The owner was informative, educated and helpful. His wife, running the front office, and billing, was helpful and very friendly, and proud of her mechanic husband. This is how a great shop operates and gets returning customers. Great service and great , knowledgeable staff. Yard is a bit messy with many vehicles, but don't let that fool you. They are very reasonable and fair with their pricing. They even spent extra time but didn't charge for it, after the quote. I highly recommend this garage. I may stop by for a friendly chat, just to maintain a relationship with these good folk. Please give them your business.
