I was very impressed with the quality and selection of carpets as well as the service offered by Bashir Persian Rugs. Over the course of several visits Asif and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous in responding to various questions and requests. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that clearly values building customer relationships over time rather than simply making a quick sale.
We purchased an older 10 x 12 oriental style wool rug at an auction. The rug was filthy so we had it cleaned and the fringe replaced by Tapis d'Orient Bashir. Wow what a terrific job. The rug looks like new. As a bonus, Mr Bashir was asked to provide the provenance of the rug, which he did in the blink of an eye. Aisif was a knowledgeable, "no pressure" salesman who was a real pleasure to work with. All around terrific experience - very satisfied customers.
The most beautiful carpets! We rented a large quantity of rugs for our wedding and were so grateful we did this with Bashir. Asif was extremely patient with us in the selection process and instrumental in helping bring our vision to life. The carpets were perfect and the whole team was so flexible and helpful. The owner disguised this great carpet shop by a small door. But when you look inside from that shopping window, you could find A WHOLE NEW WORLD. The owner cherishes and cares well of their business by his heart. That could be found from every detail.
Purchased a rug for my wife for Christmas, the staff was super helpful and patient with me. Once my decision was made, the team delivered and installed in my living room.
