My mom and aunt customed made 2 dresses each for my cousin’s wedding. I love how honest (Marsleno) was about the design. He made it clear from beginning some designs are not possible and he suggested different designs to them and they came exactly how he promised. The stones were shiny just like diamonds 💎 And the fitting was on point. They cater big size in custom made and at no point we felt rushed even tho it took them 3 visits. Not even once we felt he was pushy or showed less energy after the 3rd visit. Cant wait to come back for more custom made dress because he brings our ideas to life. Thank you Marsleno and Sonia 🤍
I walked it without any hope to find a dress last minute custom made dress. I explained my experience from another dress shop (without mentioning the name of the store) Marsleno and Sonia showed me their custom made collection and I wanted a very specific design and colour. They promised me to get the dress in 3 weeks. 15 days later I got a call and thy said my dress is ready to pick up. The dress came in and I couldn’t hold my tears. I tried my dress and they even offered alteration as a gesture because I was running out of time. Ghasoun (their assigned seamstress) finsihed my dress the second day. Thank you so much for Marsleno. You made this experience so memorable and now when I look at my picture I feel so happy. Now I placed 3 orders for me and my mom and I have no doubt their skills and professionalism. Highly recommend ✨✨
I went to few bridal store and honestly, there was no comparison. The experience at Dar Scareltt was a completely different level. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, celebrated, and truly taken care of. If you have the opportunity to work with Marsleno I cannot recommend him enough. He was incredibly accommodating, so attentive to every detail, and just got my vision. He made the entire appointment feel fun, relaxed, and special never rushed or pressured. He even offered my mother Iraqi tea or coffee which she loved and still talk about it. Both of Marsleno and Sonia listened, pulled the most beautiful options, and ultimately helped me find my dress. My wife had a great experience at this store to custom-made her dress literally from scratch. The process was simple and easy from start to finish. Marsleno was clear from the beginning about what they can and what they can’t do. They really listened to what we wanted. The dress arrived after 8 weeks and it was beautiful and well made. Marsleno was very kind, professional, and experienced. he made the whole process smooth and comfortable. He even allowed my wife to make changes without charging us extra money like other stores.
