They rate are way more expensive than market
I have been working with this exchange for about three years, and they have always been punctual and respectful. I am very thankful to Mr. Jamchi and his professional team. I am very satisfied with their services.
Awful service, Very rude cashier, I had 2 experience with this Exchange, both awful The cashier lady even doesnt like to say greeting to customers. I remind her to greet customer. The managment is so weak to keep such employee. I was waiting there for 20 min. And her behavior same to everybody.
The ladies working in this exchange store are both extremely rude and cold. They never greet you well feel you comfortable or even smile!! It looks like they are just obliged and forced to work here!! I guess the management has to remind them to greet customer and be friendly. They know nothing about customer service! Otherwise, lots of customers won’t go there as they know cold and distant people are working here! So disappointing!
Been going here for years and have recommended it to others, they consistently offer a competitive rate and great service.the staff are really helpful. They answer any questions you'll have and are polite.
