We ordered Koobideh and Akbar Joojeh for takeout, and it was our first time trying this restaurant. Honestly, I was really surprised! The quality was outstanding way better than many well known Iranian restaurants in Vancouver. The koobideh was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the Akbar Joojeh was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. We’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for high quality Persian food in Vancouver!
I picked up an order of Akbar Joojeh from your restaurant today. When I got home and opened the food, I was very disappointed. The chicken was not properly fried, had a bad smell, and the meat looked dark and discolored. It was also served in two separate pieces placed next to each other, which is not acceptable for this dish. I tried calling the restaurant to report the issue, but no one answered the phone. This was a very unpleasant experience and far below the expected quality.
The kebab at this restaurant is outstanding! The service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. It truly stands out compared to other kebab places in the area. This has become my go-to spot for great food and a warm atmosphere.
The food costs are fantastic for the portions served. I have been twice and tried 4 dishes now. I am a lover of bold flavors and spicy food, this is not that so my typical preferences were not met. I did however find the kebab the most flavorful and enjoyed it more than the others. Overall I would go again but try new items to see if any stand out.
This place offers true Persian cuisine. I had lamb kabobs that had incredible flavor and the amenities that were served with the lamb and rice was unique. Will definitely come back and try some of the other unique dishes.
