Absolutely LOVED this restaurant. The food was fantastic, our server Ghazaleh was so friendly and helpful. She made sure we understood what and how much we were ordering, and kept us topped up with the delicious tea. I will definitely be going back, the Sabzi and Eggplant fries were delicious as was the Soltani and Baklava. Very reasonably priced for the amount of food we ordered, and the serving sizes were generous.
I had a great experience at Taste of Persia, and a big part of it was thanks to our waitress, Ghazale. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we sat down. She was patient with questions about the menu, gave helpful suggestions, and checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. Her positive energy really elevated the whole dining experience. Thank you, Ghazale, for the wonderful service. we’ll definitely be back!
We’ve been to Taste of Persia a few times now, and every time it’s been great. This time we had chelo kebab and koofteh with pickled garlic and doogh — everything was super tasty, fresh, and full of authentic Persian flavor. The food quality is always consistently good and really feels like homemade Iranian food. The service was also excellent, especially Ghazaleh, who was very friendly, patient, and made our experience even better. We’ll definitely be back again and highly recommend this place
I live in the west and I don't know how I never noticed this place before. Don’t let the modest exterior fool you! I visited this charming spot for a birthday dinner with a friend, and from the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior is surprisingly spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating that made it perfect for a relaxed evening out. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service. Ghazal, our server, was an absolute gem. Very gracious, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful attention to detail made our experience in wonderful and added a personal touch that’s rare to find. The food was absolutely divine, we ordered the Bakhtiyari and Vaziri, which were both bursting with authentic Persian flavors, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The meat was soooo good and the pricing very decent. The meal was completed with a cup of complimentary tea. Highly recommend for anyone craving a delicious meal paired with heartfelt hospitality!
We spent 15 months in Edmonton and went to this wonderful restaurant almost weekly. The food was amazing and representative of "taste of persia" always presented well, high quality and large portions. The service was always friendly and attentive, a huge thankyou Randy, Ghazaleh, Nasrin, Mahya, Reyhaneh, the kitchen staff and kitchen hands who always made us feel welcome and your hospitality (hopefully we havent forgotten anyone). We highly recommend this persian restaurant to visitors and locals. Will always miss this place. ❤️💚🤍
