This place used to be a lot better and cleaner, portions used to be bigger. Now you get giant scoops of rice and very little protein. Fish was also dry. The place is a lot dirtier now too than it was.
A cozy local kebab place with variety of choices for a great price. Held by very friendly men, they also enjoy chatting with regulars and know their customers in face. Enjoyed my experience, place is clean too. I had a koobideh kebab with a side of barley soup, was tasty. Kebab was very juicy, rice was good too but maybe too much butter or oil, but that’s my opinion. Washroom is clean and organized as well.

The family combos are good value. Love the taste of the meat cooked with charcoal. Flavours are great and the sauces are very good too. Just moved into the area less than two weeks ago and have been here twice already.
Excellent food, friendly service. I'm glad I randomly walked in here because it was the closest spot to my place when I first moved in. The owner is a great guy and I recommend going in person instead of using a delivery service just because of him if not for the $14.99 special (which includes a drink).
