Worst Experience Ever. Very Disappointed Special request to the owner: please do not cheat customers.😡 We visited this restaurant just for dessert, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a horrible experience. The food was good, but the service was the worst part. We ordered a faloodeh bastani that was listed as $20 on the menu. However, when we received the bill, we were charged $30. When we questioned about it, our server mentioned that they updated the price in system but waiting for the latest printed menu. We thought may be it’s true but after checking the previous reviews we realized that, they have been saying this for over a year. ( Just Checked new menu in website and it say $20 only ) It was our mistake not to take previous reviews seriously. We thought this place was one of the best, but the customer service proved something else . Charging customers an extra $10 - $12 without informing them in advance is unacceptable.😡 If there are changes in the prices, customers should be clearly informed before placing the order. Transparency is basic customer service. No one expects to be surprised with an extra $10 charge for a dessert. Also, charging $10 for normal water is simply too much. Once again Special request to the owner: please do not cheat customers.😡 If you want to charge higher prices, then provide service that justifies it. Be honest and upfront about price changes. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
The kebabs were delicious and very tender. But, they were all served with basmati rice. At a $60 price point, I would have expected traditional Persian rice, at the very least. The décor was warm and cozy, but the tables were placed too close together, which made it hard to feel any sense of privacy.
We had a wonderful time enjoying delicious grilled food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, making everyone feel at home. Our Chinese guests truly appreciated the Iranian hospitality and cuisine, and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
This restaurant literally is comparable to a Michelin one in Persian food industry , the atmosphere and interior design, presenting the food and service, the impeccable taste of authentic Persian food are all in the highest elegance and rate …. Highly recommended if you look for a luxury experience that takes you to rich Ancient Iran culture & cuisine ✨👌🏼 we had barley soup, green salad, Shihlik, and saffron ice cream garnished with pistachio, our server was Nooshin, so nice, polite and professional .. 10/10 for this unforgettable experience 🌹💐
Spend a family birthday at this restaurant 2nd time. All our guests enjoyed the food, specifically all the ordered meats (we tried every kind). Our favorite was definitely the kebabs. Service was exceptional, waiters were kind and attentive. The vibe of this restaurant is great too, great music and atmosphere. All our guests including the birthday person enjoyed their evening. As for improvement, I would suggest providing bigger portions for warm-choice appetizers, and adjusting the desserts - baklava didn’t taste fresh. Also some interior is a bit outdated, which is very visible - tables are scratched and paint comes off. In any case, expect to spend at least $100-150 per one person here as the little things add up. For example, the “Persian” tea pot was around $25, which we find is quite a lot.
