Had an event on 7th Feb. Alhamdolliah all the things gone beyond expectations. I must mention the names Mr. Bilal and ShahZaib from marketing office who throughout guided me and recommended the right things to make the event managed. Now come to the rating: Ambiance: 9/10 Decoration: 6/10 Food: 10/10 Service 9/10
What a disastrous experience. Broken table tennis rackets, cheap tables, clowny badminton court, dead ambience. 10/10 would never visit again apart from their bowling arena (somewhat ok).
I very good kids I don't like it have not a ice skating 😔.
This review is for the Padel Court at Arena. The management was quite slow even when we had booked the court beforehand. No ball boy and the courts were not in perfect shape, nor the rackets were in perfect condition. The only good thing was the price which was low. Overall good if you just want to play.
The Arena buffet brunch was an excellent experience. The dishes were well-prepared with great variety and taste. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured a pleasant dining experience. The activity coupons was a thoughtful touch, making it enjoyable for both adults and children. Overall, a well-managed and highly recommended brunch option.
