My family and I have been a patient here for over 20 years. First I would see Dr. Nasser and now I am a patient of Dr. Sahar. They are both great. I also see Natasha for cleaning. Bernie and Roshini are also wonderful ladies who are such a pleasure to speak to. Overall wonderful clinic and staff you will not be disappointed coming here!
Dr Nasser and Dr Sahar Nasser are both excellent dentists. My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years and are completely happy with the service. They are so kind and have gentle hands. If you need a dentist , this is the place to come.
I had a very disappointing experience at Nasser Dentisry with my 3-year-old daughter who was in tooth pain. When I called to book the appointment, I clearly explained that this was for a 3-year-old with a toothache. The receptionist assured me the doctor would check her and treat her. At no point was I told that their policy was consultation only or that treatment would require rescheduling. Had this been clearly communicated, I would have chosen a different clinic. During the visit, Dr. Zainab examined my daughter and ordered X-rays. The staff did not seem well prepared to work with a young child and put her through two different X-ray machines, which was stressful for her. After the X-ray, we were told they would do a filling, only for that to suddenly change. We were then asked to wait outside because another patient was scheduled. Shortly after, the message changed again — now they said treatment would need to be rescheduled or that we might be referred to a pediatric clinic, claiming they had told us this earlier, which they had not. The doctor and assistant left the room, and all communication was handled by the receptionist. There was no one else in the waiting room, yet they still refused to accommodate a child who was clearly in pain. When I raised concerns about exposing a 3-year-old to X-rays without providing treatment, the response was dismissive and confusing (comparing X-ray exposure to eating a banana). What upset me most was being told, “This is a business and this is how dental business works.” I understand clinics are businesses, but clear communication, respect, and compassion — especially for a child — should come first. They may be fine for other patients, but our experience was poor. The issue was not referral or policy — it was the lack of transparency, confidence, and respectful communication. This visit was not worth the time or stress for my child.
Dr. Sahar Nasser was great!! My daughter loved her, she was so gentle with her. My daughter was so nervous, she was very tactful. Loved the service at the clinic. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!!
Dr. Sahar, Dr. Nasser, the hygienists, and even the reception team are all simply wonderful to speak with and receive care from. My family and I have been lifelong patients at this establishment, and we have received consistent, attentive, and prompt care every single time. Staff are knowledgeable, respectful, organized, and empathetic. They are extremely good at handling patients of all ages, backgrounds, and comfort levels. On behalf of the family, we wish nothing but the best for the team at Nasser Dentistry! A worthy dental clinic all around. Kudos!

Congratulation!
