I had an appointment at the dentist today, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The reception team was welcoming and professional, the hygienist was gentle and thorough, and the dentist took the time to answer all of my questions with care and clarity. The environment was spotless, clean, and very well organized, which made me feel even more comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. I truly felt supported throughout the entire visit. My teeth are sparkling and feel incredibly fresh! I am very grateful for the outstanding care and attention to detail provided by this wonderful team.
Two years ago I had minor pain from my wisdom teeth growing in, everywhere I called had a multiple month wait list for their oral surgeon. The receptionists here were able to book me in for the same week with the dentist. I have been going here for teeth cleanings ever since and it's always a great experience!
Best dentistry! They are super fast, efficient, and very kind. I came here under the new Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) for a cleaning. This dentistry handles inquiries and takes care of the insurance part for CDCP. I will be recommending this place to all friends and family.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Basem for many years, and he’s by far the best dentist we've ever had. He’s extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and truly talented with such a gentle touch. He always takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I’ve been to other dentists before, but no one compares. I recently finished my invisalign treatment and I'm absolutely in love with my new smile! If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust long-term, I highly recommend Dr. Basem! I also want to mention how amazing the staff is everyone is friendly, professional, and attentive. They’re all welcoming, approachable, and great at what they do. Excellent customer service all around. Thank you!
I had an excellent experience with my Invisalign treatment, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bassen and the entire team. They were incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process, especially since I had a lot of questions and concerns. The staff always took their time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. Even after my treatment was technically completed, they continued to support me and monitor my progress. When I wasn’t fully satisfied with the results for myself, they never rushed me or dismissed my concerns; they worked with me, walked me through my options, and made sure I felt confident continuing with the treatment. That level of care really meant a lot to me. I’ve been going to this dental office for almost 20 years, and I honestly can’t find anything negative to say. They are professional, kind, and truly care about their patients. They’re also very understanding and willing to work with your budget, which makes a big difference. Overall, they are just genuinely good people who take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone considering Invisalign or looking for a great dental team.
