I got some veal chops the other day ... shredded, pasty, and with splintered bones. Maybe the butcher uses a chainsaw 🤷🏿♂️ The store arrangement is very unique though.
The quality of the bread is good. It's one of the better ones around. What's disappointing is the consistent poor attitude of the employees in the bakery. By requesting fresh bread and also acknowledging that it'll take time, the employees in the back get really annoyed. You can tell by their facial expressions and them not responding when we say "Thank you". The front desk and female staff at cashier are friendlier.
Truly a hidden gem! If you’re looking for Mediterranean sweets, ingredients and snacks, this is one of the best stores in the area. They have a variety of different Persian brands, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Definitely worth checking them out & grabbing a some nostalgic snacks and drinks!
Neat little shop filled to the brim with all sorts of goodies! Produce, meat, dried goods, baked goods. Definitely worth a visit. My only wish would be to have more labels. Their display cases in the front of the store had no label of what the products were nor pricing for the products.
Great selection of Brazilian products as well! Prices are good and they have açaí, groselha, farofa, a little bit of everything we miss from home. Worth the visit!
