I would give this place maybe 3.8/5. Let me say this. Its in a weird ok space. Nice doors to enter inside the upside down tree going on. I liked it. But the table lighting in redish pinkish light please no. So when the food come, speaking of food its fancy looking presentation with dry ice cool. But the taste wasnt as good as the presentation. The drinks were average 15 dollar most of our friends didnt order 2nd deink wasnt great drinks. But shots were nice there were many. Overall I wouldn't drive from pickering for this place again. But good experience.
What an amazing experience! The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The food presentation was spectacular. The fire dance ans belly dancer were the icing on the cake. The most memorable part of the night was how a room full of strangers treated each other like friends and family. Hats off to you, Chef Reza, and your team 👏
Our first experience at Chef Reza was enjoyable. Our server Parsa, was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. He made some fine suggestions to us as newcomers to Persian cuisine. He made us feel welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed the platter we had. A beautiful presentation. I’ve included pictures. they don’t do it justice! They even had liquid smoke as part of the presentation. Everything tasted great - flavour, fresh and cooked just right. I enjoyed a generous glass of wine with my meal and a wonderful black tea after. Love the atmosphere. Lots of interesting decor. Great lighting. There is a stage for a live music and a belly dancer on Fridays and Saturdays. There is generous amount of seating. Family friendly. Good for large groups. Nice patio for the summer. I’d return again!
I’ve recently visited Persjian Restaurant Chef Reza with a group of colleagues, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Every dish was full of authentic Persian flavor, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced. Equally impressive was the service. Our waitress, Parmidar, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that made our dining experience even better. We’re already planning our next visit!
This is THE best Persian restaurant I have ever been to, hands down! I can’t recommend this place enough. The food, the service, the atmosphere - everything!!! Parmida, our server, was outstanding. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Faezeh, the host was also excellent. We had the Gameje Mixed,it was bursting with flavour. Unbelievably delicious! We also got the 3 skewers of veal, ground beef and chicken. The grilled meats were juicy and cooked perfectly. The rice was overflowing, they even gave us extra tadig, so generous! The presentation was fabulous, good enough for a beautiful cookbook or food magazine. We were so happy. It was chef Reza who did the presentation and we felt delighted that he was around when we went there. Chef Reza came out to check on us and he was very kind and friendly. We had the Dubai chocolate dessert and the mango white chocolate for dessert. Both were delicious. I highly recommend this place.
