Very fair and knowledgeable accountant who answers your questions patiently. I've been coming to Matin accounting for years to do my tax and happy with their services.
My accountant, Matin, is exceptional – truly top-notch and deserving of high praise. However, I cannot say the same for his reception staff, who are, without exaggeration, the worst I've ever encountered. Their communication skills are severely lacking. They are consistently rude, and I've personally witnessed the receptionist Soghand and mahsa, laughing at clients who were trying to voice concerns or ask straightforward questions. They would refuse to transfer me over to someone else and would not give their names and even at the end they would either whisper or mumble it. Sogand and mahsas level of disrespect is shocking. Moreover, they are entirely unhelpful, flat-out refusing to listen or assist when you try to explain something or request to speak with someone else. This unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on Matin's entire business. While he is excellent, his receptionists are significantly damaging his reputation. If you're prepared to be treated disrespectfully and have your time wasted by incompetent and rude individuals, proceed at your own risk. Otherwise, I strongly advise seeking services elsewhere to avoid this unpleasant experience.
