We recently ordered catering from Noon o Reyhoon for a party of 25 guests, and everything was absolutely perfect! The food quality was excellent, delivered warm and fresh, and beautifully packed with top-quality disposable dishes. They paid great attention to detail, making sure every side dish was included—even the sumac! The delivery was right on time, and all of our guests truly enjoyed the meals. That said, I feel it’s only fair to share some honest feedback as a loyal customer. While the ambiance and hospitality were top-notch, we noticed a concerning shift in portion sizes. For example, we asked for a bit of bread — something that usually comes on the side — and were surprised to be charged $5 for a few very small pieces. The rice portion was also minimal, and the lemon garnish with the dish was so thin it seemed almost decorative. Details like these, while they might seem minor, have a big impact on the dining experience. When customers feel they are being shorted, it can damage long-term loyalty — even when everything else is done right. It’s disappointing to feel that such a beautiful restaurant, with such great staff, might lose regular guests due to policies that come across as penny-pinching.
