When we moved to Vancouver, my daughter was in grade one. We spoke Farsi at home, so she was very good at it, but she still wanted to learn how to read and write Farsi. I took her to MTO Farsi school, and the teachers were very enthusiastic about teaching not only how to read and write Farsi but also about Iranian culture and traditions. The environment was amicable, and it was an excellent opportunity for the kids to make friends and have fun while practicing their mother language.

MTO Persian School is the best Farsi School in Vancouver. They have engaging, personalized education plans flexible with my current language level throughout the years. One of my favorite parts of the school is the yearly activities to celebrate Persian holidays and enhance our language immersion. One of these activities is a picnic at a park, where we have delicious Persian foods and desserts and engaging activities, all while everyone is speaking Farsi. The administrators at MTO Farsi School are constantly working on new curriculum and the latest educational methodologies to constantly improve students’ experience and results. During the pandemic they were able to quickly adapt to online learning through zoom, so that we would not interrupt the continuous language learning we had. If you would like to learn Farsi in a kind and caring environment from great teachers, this is the right school for you. Most students are younger but I would say that this school is appropriate for all ages, young or older and at any fluency level.

After moving to Vancouver from Iran as a child I was able to continue learning Farsi at MTO Farsi School. The school had very a friendly environment and more importantly caring and friendly teachers. They also had very reasonable fees. I enjoyed my learning experience at this school and would definitely recommend.
