Saeid has had a unique journey to becoming a REALTOR®. He has a Master’s degree in political science and worked in construction for 20 years before switching careers. In his home country of Iran, he built the famous Sarayeh Khatoon, a private villa known for its architecture and Persian art. In working with Saeid, clients get an agent who really understands the many facets affecting the real estate industry. He guides his clients with an extensive knowledge of the GTA market and a deep understanding of land use and building structure, and helps them make good investment decisions by advising them on properties that fit their needs and lifestyles. Saeid focuses mainly on helping clients in York region, including North York, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, King City, and Vaughan.
