While I appreciate how much time the hairdresser spent on my hair, the haircut was completely different from the picture I showed her. It was cut much too short and also gave me bangs when I didn't want them. It was so not what I wanted I couldn't even react until I got home. For 70 dollars before tips, I wish my hair looked the way I requested. Edit: While the initial haircut wasn't what I wanted, after it grew out a bit, it looked better so I'm relieved. I appreciate the hair salon for following up even though I've been too busy to reach back.

I have been to this salon a number of times now, and it’s always such a good experience! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a hair cut from Jin today, and she did an excellent job! Highly recommend

I’ve been going to Hairbank for a while now, and every single visit has been so amazing! Everyone at the salon is super sweet and friendly, especially Sarah! She really takes the time to understand what you want, and her attention to detail is incredible. I highly recommend the scalp detox hair treatment here! I leave every appointment feeling like I just had a mini spa day. Sarah also gives the most relaxing and magical neck massages!! Did I mention she also looks like the beautiful korean actress Lee Joobin! 🤭 If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and consistently delivers gorgeous results, Sarah at Hairbank is your girl. So grateful to have found her!

Laura was amazing and very experienced with dying Asian hair, she spent a lot of time colouring my hair and was meticulous with combing all the colour through dozens of times. She did not rush any of it, her assistant helped mix the colors to help optimize time. The scalp massage was very relaxing. It took almost 6 hours but worth it, as the result was beautiful and blended in so well with my previous old balayage from a year ago. When I go to Western salons I often don’t get the lift in color I want and they do not spend enough time. I will come back here, definitely recommend. She was very kind offered me tea and a soy milk because she saw I was pregnant and probably hungry from sitting so long. I added before and after photos
