While there have been occasional glitches, especially when the salon is busy or short-staffed, I know they strive to provide excellent service. I realized I have taken their great services for granted over the years and wanted to express my appreciation. My hairstylist, Perry, is a seasoned professional. He is incredibly flexible and attentive to my needs as my life evolves. Perry can be expertly quick and efficient if I'm in a hurry, or he can take his time to add delightful details when I have more time. My first time at this establishment as my daughters recommended I go and get a hair cut and beard trim. They highly recommended Tony. There is a lot of free parking was well lit and very welcoming. Staff was very pleasant. I highly recommend this place and I definitely be back. Great job Tony my wife and kids love it. They said I look like a new man and they love the transformation.

I recently went to the salon in a friends recommendation since I was new in Richmond Hill. I called and made an appointment with Perry, the lady on the line was extremely cordial and very accommodative around my timing. I visited the store and fell in love at once with the professional ambience and most importantly the hairstylist Perry himself. I asked him to reduce the length a bit and then style himself . He gave me such a wonderful haircut, followed by blow dry. I was glowing the entire day. Highly highly recommend this salon. My entire family of 4 including 2 kids are now visiting them.
