Further to a recent telephone call, I am writing this review to express how very impressed I am with Gina in Dr. Ali Adibfar’s office. Her exceptional knowledge in the areas of facial treatments—including microneedling, lasers, and injectables—immediately inspired confidence. Equally important is her honesty when discussing recommended treatments and procedures; she provides thoughtful guidance that is clearly centered on what is best for each patient. Such was the quality of my experience that I am already planning a consultation within the next two months—regardless of the 450-kilometer distance to Dr. Adibfar’s office—which speaks volumes about the trust Gina has established from our very first conversation. Gina is truly a terrific ambassador for Dr. Adibfar and his practice, reflecting the professionalism, expertise, and high standard of care patients can expect. It is no surprise that Dr. Adibfar has been recognized with a prestigious 2026 peer award as one of the best plastic surgeons in the field. I had gender affirming facial surgery on my nose and filling my cleft chin. To start, the admin were always responsive, kind and helpful. Dr. Adibfar had excellent communication through the pre and post-op consultations. He always took the time to explain his methods and the thought process behind them. His suggestions were always towards a natural, modest and achievable end-result. Never once did I feel pressured to do anything. He even reassured me not to do a procedure that I was on the fence about. As a trans person, through early stages of my transition, I always felt safe and respected (name, pronouns).

I went to see Dr. Adibfar leading up to my daughter's wedding. You would be hard pressed to find a more ethical, talented and detail oriented surgeon than he. From the moment I stepped into his facility I felt comfortable with the environment , his wonderful staff, and the honest and straight forward manner in which he walked me through what my procedure would entail. Without hesitation I booked my surgery for the following month. And never looked back. I am so thrilled with my results. I feel like my old self of 15 years ago. I can say the results are natural looking yet dramatic at the same time. My confidence has skyrocketed since doing the surgery. I would recommend Dr. Adibfar wholeheartedly. He is among the best, if not the best, in Toronto!
