The reality is, this poor man has to overwork because our system is broken. It’s not his fault, he’s only human. Even if he can’t give me adequate care, I am grateful to be able to receive care at all. This system needs a major over haul.

I have been a patient of this family doctor for approximately 15 years. Unfortunately, despite the long duration of care, I have found the level of support to be inconsistent and often unhelpful. Follow-ups are frequently delayed or not completed, and referrals to specialists require repeated requests and significant persistence on my part. This has caused unnecessary stress and prolonged waiting times for care that should be more efficiently managed. Continuity of care and proactive follow-up are essential in family medicine, and in my experience, these have been lacking. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication, follow-up, and patient support. Regarding his characteristics and professionalism, he has terrible attitude, he is rude and lacks human empathy. Stay away and find a doctor who is more caring and humane.

This doctor consistently refuses to complete letters or forms and makes patients feel uncomfortable for even asking. Every request feels like an inconvenience rather than part of basic care. You will feel like he is your enemy. I did not feel heard, supported, or respected, and the overall experience was a waste of time for me. Based on my experience, I would not recommend. You will regret.
