I've only been here two times so far, but it's honestly been such a great experience! I came here on a Class Pass trial, trying the Reformer for the first time - I was sooo nervous, but the instructor was so helpful and I left that class feeling accomplished and confident! So much so that I instantly upgraded from the trial to a paid subscription so that I could go back here again ASAP! Just had my second class today, and boy it did not disappoint - although the same class, this instructor was also very helpful and motivating, which was so needed since I really felt the burn this time around. I truly love the atmosphere here and how it feels like such a safe space to fulfill your fitness goals - will definitely be a regular here!!

I’ve been going to Serenev studio since September 2024 and it has become my second home. All of the lovely staff make me feel so welcomed during each visit. The atmosphere is super uplifting and I always feel encouraged to be a better version of myself when I’m there. I love how they sometimes offer electrolytes or tea — this promotes physical wellness which they successfully achieve 😊. The mat Pilates classes are my favourite — shout out to Saloomeh, Phoenix, Mehrsa, Mahsa, Nikki, Sara, Ashley, Bianca, and Adel for being incredible instructors👌🏻. Not to mention, the studio is always super clean and well-maintained. I can’t wait to incorporate Serenev to my life all 2026!

I have been attending this studio for over a month now and have been doing Reformer Pilates with Niki. I love the attention she gives to every attendee. The progression and adaptability to different levels and adjustment to techniques where needed. And the playlist music is always great and flows according to intensity of the exercises. The studio itself is always clean and smells great. The equipment is very well taken care of. The parking is tight and might sometimes be limited, but there is always a kind gentleman directing the cars prior to busy classes.

My first Pilates Reformer session with Mahsa Mohsennezhad got me hooked. She explains each movement clearly and patiently, making the whole experience feel smooth and motivating. And my second Pilates Reformer class with Leyla Manbachi was also such a joy. She’s incredibly kind and patient, with a calming voice that makes the session feel comfortable and welcoming. As someone who just started Pilates Reformer, these two people really helped me ease into it with confidence. I highly recommend both instructors and Serenev Studio.
