I was referred to Dr. Kabiri by my family doctor to help treat what turned out to be perioral dermatitis. I’m grateful for that referral. From the beginning, Dr. Kabiri was incredibly knowledgeable and very passionate about skin health. She took the time to properly assess what was going on and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. My perioral dermatitis has since resolved, which has been such a relief. Since then, I’ve continued going to the clinic for IPL treatments and have had a really positive experience each time. One of the things I appreciate most about Dr. Kabiri and her team is that they haven’t push treatments or injections. Instead, they focus on what’s truly best for your skin and overall wellbeing. What really sets this clinic apart, in my opinion, is that they are both a medical dermatology practice and an aesthetic practice. For me, that’s an important factor when choosing a provider — knowing there is a strong medical foundation behind the care and recommendations. I fully trust Dr. Kabiri and her team and have felt very well looked after throughout my experience. If you’re looking for thoughtful, knowledgeable dermatology care in West Vancouver, I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Kabiri recommended that I do a face/jaw tightening procedure. I trusted him and believed she would be the one performing it. I was never properly informed that zhala would be doing the treatment instead. If I had known that, I would NEVER have come that day. Zhala work is terrible. She previously did my microneedling and it caused severe acne and made my skin much worse than before. The treatment was extremely rough and careless. My face has never looked this bad. If I had known she would be doing the tightening face , I would never have made this appointment. There was no care, no precision, and no concern for the outcome. No proper consultation, no follow-up, no accountability, and no attempt to fix the damage. On top of this, I was pressured into getting Face tightening even after clearly saying I did NOT want this procedure. From the beginning I expressed hesitation, but the staff kept pushing until I finally agreed. Now my face looks terrible and I wasted $3,000. For over two months I have been trying to get help, answers, or a refund. All I receive is runaround and excuses. No one is willing to take responsibility or make this right. I also had a very bad experience buying products from this clinic. I strongly believe I was sold old or expired products because they did absolutely nothing for my skin. When I questioned it, I felt dismissed and uncomfortable. I do NOT recommend buying any skincare from this clinic. Zhala at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Personality 0/10. Professionalism 0/10. The front desk staff is aggressive and stressful to deal with — booking appointments gives me anxiety. This clinic feels more like a sales office than a medical clinic. They care more about selling expensive treatments and products than about what is best for the patient. Dr. Kabiri is overpriced, careless, and not worth the risk to your face. Do NOT get face tightening here. Do NOT trust this clinic. Do NOT buy products from them. Save your money and protect your face — go somewhere else.

My mom had her Botox treatment with Dr. Kabiri at Clinic, and everything was amazing! Dr. Kabiri was very professional, gentle, and thorough, and the results look so natural. The staff were also super kind and welcoming. We had a great experience — highly recommend!
